Please
read the notes below and they should help you solve any login
problems. |

If you are given
a Candidate ID and Password that doesn't work when you try to login
to the online testing system then simple email the college
informing them of your problem and the will give you further
instructions. |

2. |
The
online testing system uses session cookies and if these have
been disabled it will not work. In internet explorer they can be
enabled by setting the security level to medium in internet options. |

3. |
The
online testing system also uses a popup window for the test
itself, so please ensure that if you have a popup blocker enabled,
disable it before proceeding and taking the test. |

4. |
You
can login to the testing system as many time as you want but you can
online take the online test once. When you have clicked the
'start test' button you will not be able to login again. If you
started the test by accident and closed it without filling in any of
your answer please contact the college for further instructions. |

5. |
The
online testing system uses frames and therefore a browser that
supports them must be used when taking a test. Any Microsoft
internet explorer above version 3. |

6. |
The
system was designed and will perform best on a screen resolution of
800x600 or 1024x768. |

7. |
If
you find a problem which you believe is a technical problem with the
actual testing system, which you believe should not happen then
please email
theprincipal@concordcollegeuk.com this will ensure your problem
is looked into and corrected as soon a possible. |
